Ember: A Culinary Experience in Breckenridge

If you're looking for a unique dining experience, look no further than Ember in Breckenridge, Colorado. My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 20th anniversary at this upscale restaurant, and we were not disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu and making recommendations. We started with a few happy hour appetizers, including the miso-kabocha/adzuki salad/tempura calimari soup, which was a delightful surprise. The flavors were complex and expertly combined.

The main event was the pizza, which featured two standout toppings: cantaloupe coulis and duck proscuitto. But the real showstopper was the fried strips of pig ears - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We also ordered the three little pigs, a dish that showcased pork in three different ways.

To accompany our meal, we opted for three craft cocktails: the Dark & Stormy, Pepper Comb, and Moscow Mule. Each one was expertly prepared and presented, with unique flavor combinations that complemented our food perfectly. The Dark & Stormy, made with Breckinridge Bourbon, honey, and black pepper, was a particular favorite.

The atmosphere at Ember is cozy and intimate, with comfortable chairs and a nice patio area on a quiet street. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening breeze while we savored our meal. Overall, our experience at Ember was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special night out in Breckenridge.
